Discover Emerging AgTech Innovators at World Agri-Tech South America 2026

Start-ups at World Agri-Tech South America Summit

Emerging agri-food innovators and growth-stage technology companies will take center stage at the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit in Sao Paulo, showcasing breakthrough solutions accelerating sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, biological innovation, and digital transformation across Latin America’s agricultural value chain.

Taking place at Hotel Unique, the summit convenes CEOs, senior agribusiness leaders, policymakers, investors, and technology executives shaping the future of agriculture in the region and beyond. Delegates include leaders from Corteva Agriscience, SLC Agrícola, EMBRAPA, John Deere, Cargill, Danone, Syngenta, TIM, BNDES, SP Ventures, alongside senior officials from the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and the Brazilian Ministry of Environment and Climate Change.

Start-Up Arena

The Start-Up Arena will spotlight pioneering early-stage companies developing next-generation technologies to improve crop resilience, reduce postharvest losses, and scale sustainable biological production.

Featured start-ups include:

Planet BIOTECH develops sustainable and cost-effective agricultural solutions designed to mitigate the impacts of droughts and heat waves. Its proprietary technology supports climate resilience and food security through close collaboration with farmers, research institutions, and industry partners.

Southerly Technologies builds a scalable, IP-protected postharvest preservation platform for the global fresh produce market. Its antimicrobial hydrogel technology replaces synthetic fungicides and has demonstrated significant reductions in fungal rot, dehydration, and SO₂ bleaching during overseas fruit shipments.

Zymofix operates a strain-agnostic microbial manufacturing platform that leverages biomass residues to produce biological products at a fraction of traditional production costs. Its scalable approach enables affordable, sustainable, and high-performance biological manufacturing.

Scale-Up Showcase

The Scale-Up Showcase will feature growth-stage companies demonstrating commercial traction and scalable deployment across regenerative agriculture, soil intelligence, biological inputs, and precision farm management.

Featured scale-ups include:

Agricarbon provides soil carbon measurement infrastructure supporting high-integrity regenerative agriculture and carbon market programmes worldwide. The company combines robust sampling design, mechanized deep-core collection, and industrialized laboratory analysis to deliver audit-grade soil carbon data at scale across more than 22 countries.

Agriodor develops biocontrol solutions based on fragrances naturally produced by plants to protect crops from insect pests. As Europe’s first chemical ecology laboratory, Agriodor deploys semiochemical technologies at large scale across field crops and addresses more than 80% of global pest challenges.

Ancient Organics Bioscience develops patented biological solutions designed to restore soil health, improve yields, and reduce chemical inputs. Its flagship product, PaleoPower®, targets glyphosate and AMPA remediation while supporting regenerative agriculture and long-term soil resilience.

MyEasyFarm supports the agricultural supply chain in its agroecological transition through advanced digital agriculture solutions. Its collaborative SaaS platform integrates satellite imagery, machinery data, soil analysis, and weather insights to help agri-food stakeholders manage environmental performance and accelerate sustainable agriculture practices.
