Aurélio Martins Favarin holds a master’s degree in Strategies and Technologies for Development from the Complutense University of Madrid and the Technical University of Madrid (Spain), and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the State University of Londrina (Brazil). He has been working at Embrapa since 2011.
Aurélio served as manager of communication at two Embrapa research centers (2016–2019, Embrapa Milho e Sorgo; 2012–2015, Embrapa Solos). Since 2022, he has been working at Embrapa’s Directorate of Business, Innovation and Technology Transfer, developing strategies to strengthen Embrapa’s interaction with the agricultural innovation ecosystem. He is the editor of Radar Agtech Brazil and Radar Agtech LAC.
