With over 25 years of experience in the agricultural industry, he has built a distinguished career spanning seed production, technology development, and SaaS enterprises. He holds a degree in Agronomy from ESALQ in Piracicaba, Brazil, and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. In April 2024, Carlos joined Arva as Managing Director for LATAM, where he leads the company's strategic expansion throughout the region.
