Jos' Marcos is Chairman of the Board of Minasul, one of Brazil's largest coffee cooperatives. With a background in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and several MBAs, he led Minasul as CEO from 2016 to 2024, overseeing its growth from R$ 300 million to R$ 2.5 billion in revenue, with 2 million coffee bags sold annually. He plays an active role in major coffee institutions such as CDPC, CNC, and CECAF'. Jos' Marcos is also a coffee and livestock producer, combining executive leadership with practical rural experience.
