Leticia is part of Cargill's Agricultural Supply Chain Leadership Team in South America leading sustainability for the region from the S'o Paulo office. Prior to Cargill, Let'cia drove the supply chain sustainability agenda and strategic partnerships at Suzano SA. She developed extensive experience in sustainable business at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group), the World Economic Forum, where she was also a Global Leadership Fellow, and Dalberg Development Advisors. Let'cia had a career in international finance with Procter & Gamble before pursuing an MBA at HEC -Paris and a master's degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She believes coordinated action between governments, civil society and businesses is instrumental to tackle the world's biggest issues. She lives in S'o Paulo with her two daughters and husband.
