L'gia Falanghe Carvalho, married mother of 3 children, is a specialist in marketing and people management in the fruit growing industry. A Marketing graduate from ESPM, L'gia is the 2nd generation leader of Avocado Jaguacy, where she is Director of Marketing and People Management. L'gia has more than 15 years of experience in the global avocado industry, and serves as President of the National Council of Fruit Growing of CNA and contributes as Advisor to the IFPA Brazil Committee.
