Co-founder at TRAG, Luis combines expertise in financial markets, customer experience, and agricultural risk. A former Brazilian youth national basketball player, he earned a full athletic scholarship to study in the U.S., graduating with a triple major in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Minot State University. He worked at Funda''o Estudar and First Western Bank & Trust, later becoming partner and Head of Marketing & CX at Guide Investimentos. Before TRAG, he founded Ceres do Brasil, a crop brokerage focused on agricultural insurance. At TRAG, he leads efforts to enhance climate resilience in agriculture.
