Marcelo is the founder and managing partner of 10b Gestora de Recursos. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Agrivalle and R'mina. He is the former Chairman of Tarpon, Somos Educa''o, Cremer, Morena Rosa, and Kepler Weber, and has served on the boards of Hering, Petlove, and Brenco. He was also CEO of Tarpon and Morena Rosa. In 2000, Marcelo co-founded Portal do Campo'an agtech, before the term even existed'which was later acquired by Bradespar. He began his career in investment banking at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Ita' BBA.
