Marino Colpo is a founding partner and CEO of Boa Safra Sementes, a leading company in the production of soybean seeds in Brazil. With more than 15 years of experience in the rural segment, the professional began his career in the agro market inspired by his father. Graduated in business administration from UniCEUB and with an MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University (USA), he worked and studied in the USA and, upon returning to Brazil in 2009, founded Boa Safra Sementes, with his sister, Camila Colpo. Currently, the executive stands out in the sector for commanding one of the few Brazilian agribusiness companies on the Stock Exchange (SOJA3), fulfilling a dream of more than 20 years. Its objective is to consolidate the seed market in Brazil.
