Mauro Arnaud de Queiros Mattoso is the current Head of the Department of the Food and Biofuels Complex (DEAGRO) of the Productive Development and Innovation (AI) Area of BNDES. Economist graduated from UFRJ, with an Executive MBA from COPPEAD, throughout his career of more than 20 years at BNDES, he has worked in the Social Inclusion Area, working in support of credit cooperatives (microcredit) and agroindustries, in addition to having been an advisor to the Superintendent for 6 years. From 2009 to 2019 he worked as a manager in the Biofuels Department (sugar-energy and biodiesel sectors), which in June/17 was absorbed by the current DEAGRO. And since February/19 he has been Head of the same Department.
