Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), with a Postgraduate degree in Digital Business from USP/ESALQ. She was also part of the first class of the Summer Course in Business & Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge. She co-founded ONONO, BASF's Innovation Hub, and was the Head of Open Innovation at Cubo Ita', where she worked on connecting the open innovation strategy of 30 major companies with startups and digital transformation partners. She returned to BASF in April 2023 as the Head of AgroStart, an agribusiness innovation ecosystem. She teaches courses on Open Innovation and Digital Transformation in various educational institutions. She was recognized as a standout in the Valuable Young Leader award (2019) by the Harvard Business Review and Instituto Anga and was named one of the 70 next-generation women leaders in Latin America (2019) by McKinsey & Co.
