Natalie Vergara is Latin America Lead and Head of Venture Platform at Mercy Corps Ventures (MCV). She leads MCV's LatAm investment mandate across a portfolio of Agtech and Climatech investments, oversees venture platform operations, and is building the Resilient Future Fund a ~$50M catalytic capital vehicle focused on climate resilience in emerging markets.
Natalie's work sits at the intersection of early-stage venture, blended finance, and smallholder agriculture, with an active portfolio spanning Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to MCV, Natalie led Kaya, providing entrepreneurship support services, and worked at FAO focused on inclusive business models for smallholder farmers, and at Accenture in capital markets.
