Vitor Mondo holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering and a Ph.D. in Crop Science from the University of S'o Paulo (ESALQ/USP). He also completed a research residency at The Ohio State University in 2008. With a strong background in both the public and private sectors, his expertise spans seed technologies, sustainable agricultural systems, innovation, and entrepreneurship in agribusiness. Since 2012, he has been a researcher at Embrapa, where he has led several strategic initiatives. He previously headed the Secretariat for Innovation and Business and managed Embrapa's Office of Technological Transfer. Currently, he is based at Embrapa Digital Agriculture in Campinas/SP and also serves as the Innovation Ecosystem Supervisor at Embrapa's headquarters, driving national innovation strategy and partnerships across the agritech landscape.
